Mundo do Caminhão · UX/UI

Design driven by data, testing and real users

The challenge

Mundo do Caminhão needed a redesign grounded in evidence, not opinion. The work put the truck driver and the fleet manager at the center, with guerrilla testing and usability validated by real drivers.

Mundo do Caminhão needed a redesign grounded in evidence, not opinion. Uncode put the truck driver and the fleet manager at the center of the project, defining personas from real usage.

The work combined guerrilla testing, journey mapping and Figma prototypes validated before development. Usability was validated with real truck drivers, which reshaped navigation, wording and the product listing.

The result was a redesign driven by data, testing and real users, with UI, UX and CX aligned to how the audience actually behaves.
