Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 10, 2026
Your privacy matters. This policy explains, in plain language, what data Uncode collects on this site, why we collect it, what we do with it and what you can request at any time.
We only ask for personal data when we need it to get back to you. We don't sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising.
What we collect
Only what you type and what the site needs to work. In practice:
- Contact form: name, email, company, WhatsApp, role, service of interest, budget range and your project description.
- Newsletter: your email only.
- Site chat: what you write in the conversation and, if you provide it, name, email and company.
- Technical browsing data: pages visited, load time and device type, in aggregate.
What we do with it
Forms become an email to ola@uncode.global. That's how we reply to you. There is no database on this site: nothing you send is stored on a server of ours.
Chat conversations are emailed to our team so we understand the most common questions and improve the site's content.
Browsing data tells us which pages help and which don't, and lets us track site performance.
Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file the site stores in your browser. We use three categories, and you choose which to accept in the notice shown on your first visit:
- Necessary: make the site work and store your own cookie choice. These can't be turned off.
- Functional: remember preferences, such as your chosen language.
- Analytics and performance: measure page usage and speed, in aggregate.
Who we share data with
We work with providers that process data on our behalf, each with its own privacy policy:
- Vercel: site hosting plus audience and performance metrics.
- Resend: delivery of the emails generated by forms and chat.
- Anthropic: the language model that answers in the site chat.
How long we keep it
Since data reaches us by email, it stays in our inbox for as long as needed to serve you and keep the history of the commercial conversation. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018), you may at any time:
- Confirm whether we process any data about you and request access to it.
- Correct incomplete or outdated data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent you have given.
- Know who we share your data with.
Security
We protect data with reasonable technical means: encrypted connection, restricted access to the mailbox and providers with recognized security practices. No system is infallible, and we only promise what we can deliver.
Links to other sites
This site links to pages we don't operate. We have no control over what they do with your data, and we recommend reading each one's privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
If anything changes in how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. The version published here is the one that applies.
